Tuesday night, February 5, the Cavalier Dugout Club will be meeting at 7:00pm in the LGI-1 room across from the gym. We will be covering A LOT of material. If your son is a part of College Park Baseball, one or both parents needs to be at this meeting. It will be the ONLY
meeting until after the season is over.
We want to spend as much time as possible on what's most important...meeting the Coaches and talking about baseball. Each family will be getting a player's 2013 season packet which will include all sorts of information, but you may want to print the attached membership form and fill it out ahead of time to have one less thing to fill out at the meeting. Dues are tax deductible as a charitable contribution, so for both of our record-keeping, a separate membership dues check would be appreciated. All checks should be made payable to Cavalier Dugout Club, and all items other than Membership may be paid for with one check.
Apparel/Spirit: You will also be able to pre-order a variety of apparel/spirit items as well as game-day shirts for the boys, stadium seats, and duffel bags. Samples will be available for sizing purposes. Team baseball hat(s) will also need to be paid for Monday night. They will be receiving hats from coaches shortly. All players will need a CP team hat!
Blue/Silver games. These will be held on Sat. Feb. 16. You will need to purchase meal tickets at the meeting for 10$/person, so check your calendars and make plans now to attend.
We're looking forward Tuesday night to welcoming our new Cavalier baseball parents as well as our prior season Cavalier Dugout Club friends to another great season of Cavalier baseball. As you can tell, you need to BRING YOUR CHECKBOOK, your calendar, and your Cavalier Spirit!
