1.
Play will start when horn blows or instructed by a tournament director.
2.
Length of game is 50 minutes. (Drop-dead rule applies when horn blows. Complete the play if already in motion)
3.
Batting order must be boy/girl.
4.
Maximum of 10 players on the field defensively. Must be equal number of boys a girls on the infield and out field at any time. There is no minimum number to play... Play with what you have while still following boy/girl batting order and fielding.
5.
only two (2) homeruns (over the fence) are allowed per game per team. Any HR after that is an automatic out unless purchased for $10.00
6.
Line-ups must be to scorekeeper 10 minutes prior to tart of game
7.
Standard CO-ED slow-pitch rules:
a. Slow-pitch with 5-8 foot arc (this is meant to be a hitters game)
b. No lead-offs
c. Sliding is allowed
d. NO metal cleats
e. ANY bat is allowed
f. Foul ball on 3rd strike is an OUT
g. If a boy is walked, the following girl has the option to walk or hit
h. No BUNTS. Automatic strike if attempted
8.
No equipment will be provided except for game and warmup softball
9.
The count for each hitter automatically start with 2 balls and 1 strike
10.
The final score is whatever the score is at the DROP-DEAD time, regardless of how many times each team has batted
11.
In case of a tie we will refer to number of runners reaching 3B, then 2B, then 1B and finally a coin flip if the winner still is not decided
12.
There is a limit of 7 runs allowed per 1/2 inning
13.
PLAYERS MUST BE ON THE ROSTER TO BE ELIGIBLE TO PLAY
14.
ROSTER CHANGES CAN ONLY BE APPROVED BY COACH WASHBURN
There will be no refunds once your team is registered
